The Department of Earth Sciences Professor George Dix has created a virtual Sedimentary Geology Field trip to help students continue with their geology studies online. This approach helps add a visual component to the course content. Dix, along with the department's lab coordinator Geoff Pignotta, visited sites through the summer months around the Ottawa area.
