2nd Year Field Trip

This mandatory field course (ERTH 2802) investigates the geology of the Grenville Province, and adjacent rocks, in the vicinity of Kaladar and Cloyne, Ontario. Field analysis using geological, geophysical and computational methods are learned and used to interpret the origins of geological features and processes. The course consists of several one-day or multiday projects that include measurement and analysis of geological structures, and preparation of geological maps and reports.
