Adjunct Research Professor, Dr. Robert H. Rainbird, published in Scientia

Dr. Robert H. RainbirdĀ has had a publication in Scientia that stems from his NSERC Discovery Grant-funded support of 2 students in the Department-PhD student, Nabil Shawwa, and MSc student, Thomas McLoughlin-Coleman, co-supervised by Dr. James Mungall.

Dr. Rainbird's publication is entitled: Searching for Primary Evidence of Early Earth's Atmospheric EvolutionĀ 

"What did Earth look like between one billion and two-and-a-half billion years ago? When did our atmosphere and oceans become oxygen-rich? Did oxygenation occur rapidly or during slow oscillations over hundreds of million of years?
