The Department of Earth Sciences Outreach Coordinator, Beth McLarty-Halfkenny, has been awarded the 2019 E.R. Ward Neale Medal from the Geological Association of Canada. Named after the legendary E.R. Ward Neale, this medal is awarded to an individual for sustained outstanding efforts in sharing earth sciences with Canadians.
