Returning Students Orientation Day

Welcome back to all our returning Earth Science students and a BIG welcome to new students just beginning their academic journey in the Department!!

We are extending an invitation to all our returning students to join us in-person on Academic Orientation Day 2022, September 6th. While returning students will not all take part in the same activities as the first year students, we feel it's important to make sure everyone is getting the same information to continue on their academic path. The Department is also looking forward to finally meeting some of our students face-to-face, where we have not gotten this opportunity over the last 2 years!

Some keys items we'll be discussing are:

How to book an audit review with your Advisors
How to find a Thesis supervisor in your 4th year
Items to make sure you've completed before Graduation
PGO, Professional Geologists of Ontario accreditation
