Most of our degree programs include a one-day field trip in the 1st year course - ERTH 1006 and a mandatory second-year field camp north of Kaladar, Ontario.
Third year field courses offer more opportunities to travel in Canada and fourth year field courses (though optional) are held in more exotic places where students can observe famous geological features first-hand. Past trips include Hawaii, Iceland, Antarctica and New Zealand, Morocco and the Bahamas.
