Michael Cunningham awarded "Best Student Paper" by Unmanned Systems Canada

Michael Cunningham’s abstract, entitled “Detecting mineral ore bodies with UASs (unmanned aerial systems) instrumented with magnetometers“, has been selected as one of three best student papers by Unmanned Systems Canada (USC). Michael is awarded a travel grant and invited to attend the USC annual meeting in Halifax next November to present his research results. Michael is doing a M.Sc. in collaboration with Stratus Aeronautics under the supervision of Professor Claire Samson.
