Prospective graduate students are considered for financial support at the time their application is considered.

In order to be considered for the first round of funding (financial support), we recommend that all documents be received by February 1st of each year.

M.Sc. and Ph.D. students (Canadian citizens and landed immigrants) may receive a stipend which is comprised of a teaching assistantship, scholarship, and research assistantship.

NSERC and OGS Scholars, and students who do not require financial assistance can be admitted in any of the three terms: Fall, Winter or Spring, provided that the student meets the registration deadlines.

NSERC and OGS Scholarships

Current and prospective graduate students are encouraged to apply for Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) scholarships and Ontario Graduate Scholarships (OGS), which are awarded annually to outstanding students by the federal and provincial governments.
